Our mission is to provide advice and information that facilitates the implementation of the House of Quality tool and the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) process. We hope to provide useful insights about traditional QFD creation and maintenance, as well as tips regarding modern-day modifications that have been made to further improve this valuable tool. It is our hope to further assist the Quality Community in enthroning the Voice of the Customer, and in using knowledge-based decision making to drive improvement prioritization.
